There are many reasons I love working at Reliant Hospice. We have a morning meeting and prayer before starting our day which I have never experienced with any other employer. It starts your day out with a positive attitude and outlook. Our Administrators have a monthly meeting with us all and update us on all the new “going ons” for the entire company. They communicate and are as open and transparent as they can be with us. For the employees they strive and encourage us to have a good work/family balance. As far as my job is concerned, if I had to narrow it down to one thing I personally love, is the honor and privilege I feel when taking care of loved ones during their final journey here on Earth. I have learned so much about life and death as well as about myself while working here. Reliant is focused on giving the best care to our patients and supporting their families. We have gone through a few changes and although change is hard, we have grown from them. We, here in Teague, are a small town with small town values and have a work family that supports each other through the good, the bad, and the most difficult of times.
