Reliant at Home is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to cover Nacogdoches and surrounding areas! Home Health experience is preferred. Homecare Homebase knowledge is a plus!

Responsibilities
- Administers the physical therapy treatment plan as developed by the Physical Therapist.
- Administers non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercise, therapeutic massage, traction, heal, light, cold, water and electrical modalities to patients.
- Applies concepts of infection control and universal precautions in performing patient care activities.
- Accepts clinical assignments that are consistent with educational and competence to care for patients.
- Uses effective interpersonal relations and communication skills.
- Meets mandatory continuing education requirements.
- Promotes compliance with all fiscal intermediary and/or other third-party payors, though education, coaching, and other assistance as necessary.
- Demonstrates commitment, professional growth, and competency.
