Home Health Administrator - Plano
Description
Are you a compassionate, results-driven leader with a passion for delivering high-quality home health care? We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our growing home health agency in Plano, TX. This is a key leadership role with the primary function of organizing and directing the day-to-day operations of the Agency, to be responsible for implementation and supervision of administrative policies and administratively supervising the provision of all services.
Must be proficient with EMR systems including HCHB.

Responsibilities
- Organizes and directs the Agency’s ongoing functions.
- Supervises to ensure implementation of agency policy and procedures.
- Assures documentation of services provided is accurate and timely.
- Employs or contracts with qualified, competent staff.
- Ensures adequate education and evaluation of staff.
- Ensures the accuracy of public information materials and activities.
- Supervises and evaluates client satisfaction survey reports on all patients/clients served.
- Oversees and effective budgeting and accounting system that promotes the health and safety of the Agency’s clients.
Qualifications
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all segments of the staff, the lay and professional public, the Governing Body, and the Medical Director.
- Must have completed two years of full-time study at an accredited college or university in a health-related field; or meet the qualifications per TAC 558.244 (a)(1)(A) or (B).
- Must comply with Training in Administration of Agencies under Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 558
