For a second year in a row, Reliant at Home earns a Great Place to Work Certification for 2020-2021. The Great Place to Work Certification recognizes employers who create an outstanding employee experience. Certification is a two-step process that includes surveying employees and completing a short questionnaire about the company workforce. The certification is a mark of a great employee experience and many companies seek to earn the coveted accolade.
“We’ve seen an unprecedented amount of pressure on healthcare workers due to the pandemic,” said Jana Lightfoot, COO. “We have frontline workers providing care for the elderly who have been the most vulnerable during Covid. The stress they feel on the job is compounded by all the pandemic-related issues everyone is facing. We are immeasurably grateful for all of our employees and we have fought through this together. Earning this certification in such a challenging season is a testament to the kind of great people we have at Reliant at Home.”
Reliant at Home received a 91% Trust Factor rating – a remarkably high score when compared to 59% at a typical U.S.-based company. Other scores included: 96% of employees feel good about the ways Reliant at Home contributes to the community and 94% said they feel the work they do makes a difference.
