Serving and giving back to the community is one of Reliant at Home’s Culture Priorities. The North Texas Food Bank has a special place in the hearts of the Reliant at Home employees. During Covid, Reliant at Home partnered with the North Texas Food Bank and Shift Smart to employee hundreds of workers who had been displaced out of jobs during the pandemic. Reliant at Home provided Covid screening at the North Texas Food Bank to ensure workers were symptom-free. Reliant at Home has continued to volunteer at the North Texas Food Bank by participating in packing projects in the warehouse. Over thirty Reliant at Home employees participated, packing thousands of meals for the elderly and families in need. The Reliant at Home and North Texas Food Bank headquarters are less than a half-mile apart, so it only makes sense to help a neighbor!
